Disease ~ mainly two things: sugar and fat, combine to create too much fat in bloodstream, which in turn sets the stage for arterial plaque formation (arteriosclerosis) and other diseases.
Heart a hollow muscle that pumps blood throughout the blood vessels by repeated, rhythmic contractions. The vertebrate heart is principally composed of cardiac muscle and connective tissue. Cardiac muscle is an involuntary started muscle tissue found only in this organ responsible for the ability to pump blood (average human heart, beating at 72 beats per minute).
Cardiovascular disease (also called heart disease) that involves the heart;  blood vessels (arteries, capillaries and veins)which affects the cardiovascular system, principally cardiac disease, vascular diseases of the brain and kidney, and peripheral arterial disease. The causes of cardiovascular disease are diverse but atherosclerosis and or hypertension are the most common. Additionally, with aging come a number of physiological and morphological changes that alter cardiovascular function and lead to later increased risk of cardiovascular disease, even in healthy asymptomatic people.

Currently practiced measures to prevent cardiovascular disease include:
A low-fat, high-fiber diet including whole grains and plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables
Tobacco cessation and avoidance of second-hand smoke
Limit alcohol consumption to the recommended daily limits consumption of 1-2 standard alcoholic drinks per day may reduce risk by 30%. However excessive alcohol intake increases the risk of cardiovascular disease.
Lower blood pressures, if raised, through the use antihypertensive medications.
Decrease body fat if overweight or obese
Increase daily activity to 20 minutes of vigorous exercise per day at lease five times per week
Decrease psychosocial stress. Stress however plays a relatively minor role in hypertension.
Routine counseling of adults to recommend them to improve their diet and increase their physical activity has not been found to significantly alter behavior, and thus is not recommended.
Evidence suggests that the Mediterranean diet may improve cardiovascular outcomes.
In clinical trials the diet high in fruits and vegetable, low in sweets, red meat and fat has been shown to cut blood pressure, lower total and low density lipoprotein cholesterol and improve metabolic syndrome; but the long-term benefits outside the context of a clinical trial have been questioned. The effect of a low salt diet is unclear with any benefit in either hypertensive or normal pensive people being small if present. A low salt diet may be harmful in those with congestive heart failure.
Heart Healthy
A healthier lifestyle and proper diet may improve health; a heart-healthy lifestyle can do for you:
Lower blood pressure
Lower bad cholesterol and triglyceride (blood fat) levels
Ease the stress on heart
Lower risk of heart attack
Lower risk of stroke
Prolong one’s life
To counteract depression of the cardiovascular system in patients, acupuncture Onnuri SuJok may definitely bring some sort of positive improvement. There appears little sensitivity to needles, only in concept of Onnuri SuJok 1mm very fine needle is to prick that too only on the palm to aid the positive results. Often once the needles are in place, most people relax and even fall asleep for the treatment that has a positive and holistic effect. The aim is to promote health and ease sufferings, Give a Try! In the meantime one may start pull-push exercise through the thumb itself on the mount on palm as prescribed with red spots with permanent marker pen.

  1. It is great to inform when I brought my wife Renu Mehta for treatment her health was deteriorated and hospitals said its 67% blockage and diagnosed sever Global Hypokinesia and Dyslipidemia. She was unable to walk hardly. After having treatment through Dr.Dinesh I could feel she must have physiological progress of approx. 30% as she can move-walk. Though final improvements can be observed after having 3 months treatments. I am thankful to doctor Dinesh for the speedy recovery.
