If having Phobias, fearfulness, horror, hypochondria, disposition to suicide means Coldness energy.
Each element is associated with certain emotional states. Our thought processes, emotional wellbeing, and consciousness are attributed to the heart and fire element. When the fire element is in balance, the heart is strong and healthy, the mind is calm and sleep is sound. When the fire element is imbalanced, we may either lack joy (depression) or have an excess of joy (mania). Indicators of an imbalance in the fire element include agitation, nervousness, heartburn, and insomnia.

  1. Hello Dr Dinesh, re your status, If the two forces are even, it will result in repetition of conflicts etc… I found that statement to be very interesting, but unfortunately, it all went completely over my head lol (even the comments)! However I feel there is something I need to learn from this & I am hoping you may be able to simplify it for me, as I have just come out of (that’s if it’s really the end lol) what has been a rather good, yet bad relationship! I have never encountered such a love hate relationship with somebody in all my life… One minute I could kill him & I wish the worst for him, as he brings out so much anger, rage whatever you wanna call it, yet on the flip side he also brings out my kindest, most loving, caring side & then I want the best for him! Just can’t stop loving one minute, then hating the next. He feels the same way! Why do keep on having these issues & or is this sort of intimate relationship normal? Thanks in advance
Also, what is your opinion about antidepressants? I have been on them for approx a year now & although I am 100% better than what I was, I seemed to have developed quite a temper!! Also I am pregnant now, what would you advise there? Thanks again …

smile, as sharing is caring! Enjoy.
